FDA Warns Of Heart Problems When Combining HIV Drugs

The Food & Drug Administration is warning about dangerous heart problems that can occur when two HIV drugs are used together.

The drugs are Roche Holding's Invirase and Abbott Labs' Norvir.

The FDA is adding a warning label to the drugs because combining them could cause an abnormal heart rhythm.

In some cases, the condition could lead to a deadly irregular heartbeat.
